Jumping off the Vegetarian Cliff...and Happy to do so!

So on my facebook page, I've recently advertised our families deciscion to stop eating meats and most dairy products, along with limiting as much processed foods as possible too. We forst made this choice when we watched a convincing Documentary "Fork's over Knives" which pointed out studies that proved that our bodies are not made to eat Meat the way we do (as in like every meal or even everyday) and that by eating a plant-based diets, whole grains and such, that people were able to get themselves healthy again and felt better too. We were intrigued by the studies that have been done, such as The China Study, where they studied the population of thousands of Chinese throughout their country over the span of 20 years. In that time, they were able to track that overall, the Asian Diet of Rice, vegetables and fish, that the people saw very low rates of heart-disease, heart-attacks, cancers and the like. But in the areas, where meat consumption went up, so did the rates of those diseases and cancers that were not seen before in those regions before.
