Honors, Graduations and Recitals...
May was a busy month, and since I am soooooooooo behind on blogging, I can't possibly play catch up, so I will do my best.
Ben made the Honor Role:
Each quarter, his school awards students for honorary acts or work ethics, and presents those students in front of the school during an assembly. Ben did not know he was going to be spotlighted, so he was shocked to see me there taking pictures.
Ben getting called up and waving to his adoring crowd:
Ben was honored for his organizational skills in helping to keep his classroom in order all the time:

Violin Recital:
Ben and Isabella have been taking Violin lessons for over 8-9 months now and have really been coming along. Their teacher held her spring recital a few weeks ago, and Bella did a great job playing Merrily we Go Along, while Ben played Twinkle Little Star.

Graduation:
Bella finally graduated from Preschool and will begin Kindergarden in the fall. Hard to believe how fast this is all happening. Once one child starts, they are all going into school (Mia starts preschool in the fall also)
Bella's diminishing class (everyone has been moving early) performed a small program for the parents. Bella was the star of the show (at least to me she was)

Such a big girl!
